Appeals

I can advise on the merits of a possible appeal, although this is not always as easy question because it is usually only possible to appeal on a point of law rather than re-argue the facts of the case. I can also draft a notice of appeal, or other necessary documents for a permission hearing or for a full appeal. I will always give an estimate for fees that I will invoice, for advising and or representing in an appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal. I will be happy to consider offering a fixed fee for advising and drafting the necessary documents and representing a client at a permission hearing, and also for a full appeal hearing.
